1. Introduction

This document outlines the rules for using services provided through the Innovayse.com platform. By using any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Definitions

"Innovayse.com" – refers to the hosting and related services platform managed by the Innovayse company.
"User" – any individual or legal entity using the services of Innovayse.com.

3. Services Provided

• Web Hosting (Shared/Reseller Hosting): hosting and availability of websites.

• Virtual Servers (VPS, Cloud) with dedicated resources.

• Email Hosting: management of email addresses.

• Domain Name Registration.

• SSL Certificate Issuance.

• Server Technical Maintenance.

• Control Web Panel (CWP) access for management.

4. Registration and Account Management (in detail)

4.1 Account Creation

• To use Innovayse.com services, users must register by providing accurate, complete, and current information.

• Users must update their information as needed.

4.2 Login Data Protection

• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username, password) secure and confidential.

• Sharing credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

• Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access should be reported to Innovayse.com immediately.

4.3 Account Usage Restrictions

• Accounts are intended solely for the registered individual or organization.

• It is prohibited to use services for illegal purposes or in violation of the law.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

• Innovayse.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Providing false information

  • Violation of terms or abuse

  • Use of services in a harmful or illegal manner

5. Payment Terms

• Services are provided on a prepaid basis only.

• Payment is made monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the selected plan.

• Late payments may result in penalties and account suspension.

• All prices are listed in USD (or AMD) depending on the payment system.

6. Changes in Pricing or Services

• Innovayse.com reserves the right to change prices and service parameters unilaterally, with 7 days' prior notice.

• Users not agreeing to the changes may discontinue using the services.

7. Data Security and Privacy

• Innovayse.com is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with Armenian and international laws.

• Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

• All data transmissions are made over secure (SSL) connections.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam or conducting bulk email campaigns.

• Distributing malware, phishing content, or misleading/illegal materials.

• Abusing system resources, including excessive CPU or RAM usage in shared hosting.

• Disrupting or interfering with other users’ services.

9. Backup and Data Retention

• Innovayse.com performs automatic backups but does not guarantee full data recovery.

• Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

10. Service Suspension and Termination

• Services may be temporarily suspended due to non-payment, rule violations, or security threats.

• Innovayse.com may terminate the agreement unilaterally with a 7-day notice.

• Users may terminate their service at any time before the end of the billing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Innovayse.com aims for 99.9% server uptime but is not liable for downtime due to force majeure or external attacks.

• Innovayse.com does not guarantee specific profits or results from using its services.

12. Refund and Loyalty Policy

• Users may request a refund within the first 7 days if terms are strictly followed.

• No refunds are issued for long-term or fully consumed plans.
