1. Introduction

This document outlines the rules for using the services provided through the Innovayse.com platform. By using any Innovayse.com service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Definitions

"Innovayse.com" – refers to the hosting and related service platform operated by Innovayse.
"User" – any individual or legal entity using Innovayse.com services.

3. Provided Services

• Web hosting (Shared/Reseller Hosting) – site storage and accessibility

• Virtual servers – VPS, Cloud with dedicated resources

• Email hosting – email account management

• Domain name registration

• SSL certificate provisioning

• Server technical maintenance

• Control Web Panel (CWP) access for management

4. Registration and Account Management

• The user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and login information.

• Innovayse.com reserves the right to suspend the account in case of suspected false information or abuse.

5. Payment Terms

• Services are available only through advance payment.

• Payment is made monthly, quarterly, or annually according to the selected plan.

• Penalties may be applied for delays, and the account may be suspended.

• All prices are presented in USD (or AMD) depending on the payment system.

6. Plan or Pricing Changes

• Innovayse.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify prices or service parameters by notifying the user 7 days in advance.

• If the user disagrees with the changes, they may stop using the service.

7. Data Security and Confidentiality

• Innovayse.com is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with Armenian and international laws.

• Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

• All transmissions are made via secure (SSL) connections.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam or conducting bulk email campaigns.

• Distributing malicious software, phishing, deceptive or illegal content.

• Resource abuse, including excessive CPU or RAM usage under shared hosting.

• Disrupting or damaging services of other users.

9. Backup and Data Retention

• Innovayse.com performs automatic backups but does not guarantee full data restoration.

• The user is responsible for backing up their own data.

10. Service Suspension and Termination

• Services may be temporarily suspended due to non-payment, policy violations, or security threats.

• Innovayse.com may terminate the contract unilaterally with 7-day notice.

• The user may cancel the service at any time before the end of the term.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Innovayse.com strives for 99.9% server uptime but is not responsible for force majeure or external attacks causing interruptions.

• Innovayse.com does not guarantee specific income or outcomes from using the services.

12. Refund and Loyalty Policy

• The user may cancel the service within the first 7 days and receive a refund if the terms of use were strictly followed.

• No refunds are provided for long-term or consumed plans.
